 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation fees:

  • Up to 48 hours before tour: free cancellation
  • 24–48 hours before: 50% of total price
  • Less than 24 hours: 100% of total price

 Weather Conditions

  • Tours depend on weather and sea conditions.
  • In case of unsafe conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled.
  • Customers will be offered:
    • A new date, or
    • A refund

 Liability

  • Participation is at the customer’s own risk.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Personal belongings
    • Injuries caused by improper behavior
  • Our crew ensures safety instructions must be followed at all times.

 Safety

  • Safety equipment is provided where necessary.
  • Instructions given by the crew must be followed.
  • We reserve the right to exclude participants who endanger safety.

 Health Requirements

  • Customers must be in suitable physical condition.
  • Any medical conditions must be communicated in advance.

 Alcohol & Behavior

  • Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation.
  • Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.

  • We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary due to:

    • Operational requirements
